Aperol 75 

Glass: Flute

Garnish: lemon twist 

.75 oz lemon juice 

.5 oz simple syrup 

1.5 oz Aperol

Top with Sparkling wine

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish.
