SPARKLING PINK PEAR LEMONADE

 

Sparkling Pink Pear Lemonade:

Glass: Collins

Garnish: Rosemary 

Pinch of smoked sea salt 

1 oz lemon juice

1.5 oz pink grapefruit juice

1 oz pear syrup 

2-3 oz club soda 

I had all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and stir a combined. Garnish.

Pear syrup:

100g Bartlett pears peeled and roughly chopped

100g white sugar 

Add all ingredients to sealable container, making sure that the pears are fully covered in sugar. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain syrup, adding a touch of hot water to remaining sugar if not fully dissolved. Keep refrigerated will last 2 to 3 weeks.
